That’s why our engineers use MAGMASOFT casting simulation to analyze metal flow and cooling before production begins, eliminating shrinkage and porosity issues before they start. Once cast, each component is measured using laser scanning and coordinate measuring machines to confirm dimensional accuracy. 

We then apply in-house heat treating to enhance grain structure and wear resistance, followed by finishing processes that protect against corrosion and extend the part’s service life. The result is mining castings that hold up under heavy loads, abrasive materials, and around-the-clock operation.
